EYE OF THE BEHOLDER
Materials
Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Sandra Chang which requires a license. Her work can be purchased here - Sandra Chang
Scrap kit by Sophia it can be downloaded here – Sophia Scraps
Word art & Bow I acquired through various groups.
If they are yours email me and I shall credit you.
Font of choice I used Dream Orphans.
Eye Candy 4 Glass (optional)

I did this tutorial using psp 11 but it can be done in any version.
Open new image. 650 X 550 white.
Set foreground colour to white and background to pattern using the paper of your choice.(I resized mine by 60% first)
Using your preset shapes line width 5 draw out a large rectangle
(see finished tag for reference)
Convert to raster and add drop shadow H & V 3, Opacity 25, Blur 7.92, Colour black.
Repeat drop shadow but changing H & V to -3.
Draw out another small rectangle add the same drop shadow as before.
Duplicate this layer twice so you have 3 small ones.
Arrange these along the top of the larger rectangle.

Open your Bow tube and paste as new layer duplicate it and place as final tag.
Open the lilac & pink flowers from the kit, paste as new images.
Resize one by 60% and the other by 45%
Paste the larger of the flowers as a new layer on your main image and place within one of your small rectangles. Do the same with the smaller one and place it in the middle of the larger one I added EC 4 Glass to these with default settings but changed the colour to white. This is optional.(see finished tag).
Merge down. Add drop shadow as before.
Duplicate x 2 and place within each of your small rectangles.
Add your tube and word art resizing as necessary.
Now add your bead elements as desired.
Repeat the drop shadow as before.
Add any copyright and watermarks now.
Add any name text also (I again added EC 4 glass to my text)
Click on the first of your smaller rectangles, go to adjust, brightness/contrast, brightness/contrast change the brightness to 10 contrast to 0
Edit, copy merged and paste in AS.
Back in psp undo the the move, click on your middle rectangle and repeat the above steps, this time paste after current frame.
Go back to psp and undo the last step. Follow the same steps for your 3rd rectangle.
.In AS, Edit, select all. Animation, frame properties, change to 35.
Resize if needed and save as gif.
