Materials Required :-
Tube of Choice I am using the artwork of David Saavedra.
His work can be purchased at Psp Tubes Emporium here
Please do not use his work unless you are licensed to do so.

Scrap Kit of choice, the one i am using is by Brandi at Grunge n Glitter
Her kits can be bought at Digital Chaos & other stores
Mask of choice the one i am using is by the fabulously talented Vix it can be found at Vixpsp here
Font of choice I used Schizophrenia G which can be downloaded free here

Filters Used :- Eye Candy 4000 Shadowlab.
Eye Candy Impact Gradient Glow (optional)

Lets get started.
I made this tutorial in PSPX3 but there is no reason why it cannot be made in other versions.
It is assumed you have a working knowledge of PSP.
Open a new image 750 x750 (will be resized later)
open your scrap kit copy and paste frame 3 as a new layer.
Click inside the frame with your magic wand, go to Selections, Modif, Expand by 8.

Choose a paper from the kit I used paper 3. Paste as a new layer, selections, invert & hit delete.

drag the paper layer under the frame. Selections, select none.
Copy and paste Chair 1 as a new layer. Go To Image, Mirror.

Move it to your taste within the frame. I added a shadow using shadowlab with these settings

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and place her on the chair.
Add shadow as before.
Copy and paste the metal flourish from the kit as a new layer
drag it under the chair layer (this will hide the stem) Add the shadow as before.

Duplicate this layer and resize the duplicate by 85% all layers not checked,
move it to the right of the chair layer (see finished tag)
Copy and paste the clock face resize by 50% all layers not checked.

Place this to the lower right of the frame and drag under or right click on it,
arrange, send to bottom.
Now find the elements you want to dress up the tag,
resize them as required and place them where you prefer.

I added shadowlab to all my elements,
this is optional and if you dont have it onboard drop shadow will work also
just play with the settings to get the effect you want.

Copy and paste a second paper as a new layer and send to bottom.
Apply your mask layer. Merge group.
Resize now by going to Image, resize 85% all layers checked.
Add your desired text and apply gradient glow with these settings

Add your Copyright info.

Merge visible and save as png and your done.
