Materials needed:-
2 Different Halloween scrap papers, Bows & Ghost elements  I got here: created by Ellie Lash
Circular stitching I got here: Heavenly Designz
Tube of Choice I used the work of Keith Garvey which needs a license.

Plugins used - xenonfex2 - Constellation.
VM Extravaganza - Transmission.
Font I used Addams
Supplies here

Open blank canvas 600 x 600 flood fill with white

Preset shape set to Ellipse line width 8 foreground colour  #d57420 Background set to pattern  and your chosen scrap paper draw out a large circle.

Add drop shadow,
V3 H3 Opacity 35 Blur 12. Repeat drop shadow changing H&V to -3

Open your circular stitching and colourise,
go to Adjust, hue & Saturation, hue 25, sat,255

Paste stitching as new layer and using your pick/deformation tool stretch it out to fit within the outer ring of  your circle.
Add drop shadow as before. Merge down.

. Add new layer, drag beneath circle layer.

Selections select all, copy and paste your second  scrap paper into selection.

Go to Layers, load/save mask from disc, Load mask, check to fit layer & source luminance. Merge group.
Go to Effects VM Extravaganza - Transmission, line  width 9, offset 6, contrast 34

Open and resize your ghost elements I did 3 making each one smaller than the first.
Place these as desired, close off all but these 3 ghosts and merge visible.
Duplicate this layer  x  2 so you have 3 ghost layers.

Click on the top layer, selections, float, defloat.
Go to effects and  Xenofex - Constellation,
Star size 3.91 Size variation 0, edge star density 5, overall star
density 5, overdrive 67, twinkle amount 70, twinkle rotation 45, fill with solid colour
checked and  #d57420 as your colour. Hit ok.
On the middle layer hit random seed once,
Repeat for  the bottom one
.
Open your closed layers. Add your other embellishments, tube and name as desired. You can  also add your watermark at this point.

Here’s the tricky bit lol.
Once your happy with how it looks close off the top 2 ghost layers.

Go to Edit,copy merged and paste as new animation in AS. Go back to psp close the bottom ghost layer and open the middle one,
repeat the above this time pasting after current frame in AS.
Back in psp close the middle layer and open the top one and repeat edit, paste in AS like the previous step.
In AS go to edit, select all, then go to Animation, frame properties, and change from 10 to 20

     Resize by 85% save as whatever name you want to give it and you’re done.
